Solar Electrician
Qualified Electrician? Ready to level up into one of the fastest-growing sectors of the electrical industry?
Christchurch Electrical Solar is expanding, and we're looking for an enthusiastic, motivated electrician to join our specialist solar team.
This is an exciting opportunity to build your career in renewable energy while working across a diverse range of residential and commercial projects throughout Canterbury. You'll be involved in solar servicing, maintenance, installations and fault finding, while receiving ongoing support and training to further develop your skills. Christchurch Electrical Solar provides a complete solar service from consultation and design through to installation and maintenance for residential and commercial clients across Canterbury.

What We're Looking For
Essential
- Current NZ Electrical Registration and Practising Licence
- Full New Zealand driver's licence
- Strong electrical fault-finding skills
- High attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Commitment to health and safety
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Preferred But Not Essential
- Previous solar industry experience
- Working at Heights certification
- EWP certification
